Refund policy
Refund Policy – Order Cancellation & Returns Policy:
• We do not accept cancellations, modifications, or swaps once an order has been placed.
• All purchases are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are NOT permitted unless the item is confirmed to be significantly damaged (see damage policy below).
To report a damaged or missing item, you must provide:
• A full uncut parcel opening video.
• The video must be recorded in real time (no pauses, edits, or cuts).
• All items must be clearly shown on camera.
• The recording must end only after all contents have been checked.
Damaged Item:
we ensure all products are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged item, please follow the guidelines below:
• You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
• A full uncut unboxing video is mandatory as proof (as mentioned above).
• The damage must be clearly visible in the video from start to finish.
• Photos of the damaged item may also be requested for further verification
